Can I heat-mold my Cádomotus boots at home?

Yes, many of our carbon-shell boots are heat-moldable. We provide a detailed step-by-step instruction guide on our website to help you achieve a custom fit using a standard kitchen oven.

How long does international shipping take?

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for the rest of the world, depending on the selected courier.

What is your return policy for performance gear?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that custom-made items or boots that have been heat-molded cannot be returned.

Are your helmets certified for both cycling and skating?

Yes, our Omega and Alpha helmets are dual-certified (EN1078 and ASTM F1849), making them legal and safe for both competitive speed skating and road cycling.
